New TI isn't available to over 140s, also it's available apparently to 125s.

It's also saying 125-140 for scaraba hall on Ymir.

Its the same way on Ymir as well so they will probably have to take all the servers down again.

I kinda had hoped that Gravity would not have just done a copy paste of the last Scaraba Hall turn in level requirement but it seems they did.

You can only pick up one turn in at a time. This is being worked on.
