Flying Vessel to Muris

The new version of the Mana Engine imbued with Stardust which is one of the rarest materials in the entire universe was recently invented. It's currently illegal to use this technology until the Akram Kingdom's approval which might take several years.
There are currently two flying vessels with this technology. One of them owned by Captain Ruven in Junon Polis and the other one is owned by Captain Blackbeard in Muris.
Both captains offer their services to the visitors of ROSE, but there are some technical problems which have to be solved first...
Ruven's technical problem (Level 200):
Ruven's flying vessel is almost ready to fly towards Orlo, however one component of the advanced engine is still missing. The advanced mana crystal was ordered from [Mechanic] Kreinto in Muris. The visitor who attends to help Ruven has to go across the Orlean Portal, travel to the city of Muris and return to Junon Polis with the missing engine component.
However [Mechanic] Kreinto's tools were stolen by Scavenger Pack Leaders so he is now unable to finsih his work. The visitor has to fight them and return with Kreinto's stolen tools. Kreinto then hands the Mana Engine Component to the visitor who has to take it back to Ruven in Junon Polis.
After the quest is done Ruven's service to travel to Orlo becomes available for 90,000 Zulie for each travel.
Blackbeard's technical problem (Level 200):
Unlike Captain Ruven, Blackbeard already posseses a working Stardust Imbued Mana Engine, but a very important component of it was stolen. Captain Blackbeard suspects that [Dread Captain] Bruise stole it to use it to repair his crashed vessel: The Blinding Mist. The visitor, if he/she is to take advantage of the advanced technology has to visit Bruise and ask him about the component.
At first Bruise doesn't tell the visitor that he has the missing component, but later he realizes that this could be a good business opportunity for him and so he offers that he will give the component back for 3,000,000 Zulie.
Or as an alternative there could be a long and hard quest in the service of Bruise and in the end the visitor would get the component.
After the quest is done Blackbeard's service to travel to Junon becomes available for 60,000 Zulie for each travel.
An extra suggestion:

It's unknown whether or not these quest ideas could be used at the moment, since the player progression changes also include the revamping of Orlo, its maps and quest content. We are still working on the introductory content for Junon and as such planning hasn't begun yet for the changes to be expected for Orlo, however there will definitely be several (somewhat drastic) changes made to simplify the process for getting to Orlo and to give it a purpose for high level progression and end game.
That's good to know Gen. Hope it's not goin to take years of revamping though. You better get your ass some rest and try to stay away from the heat.

Thank you for your answer Genesis. This question is somewhat not related to the topic, but is there any e.t.a. on when is Junon's rewamp going to be finished? It's unknown whether or not these quest ideas could be used at the moment, since the player progression changes also include the revamping of Orlo, its maps and quest content. Also, could we at least have Muris return scrolls?
I personally find it strange that Orlo was barely released but it is already planned to be rewamped.
