Can't open Item Mall page

hey, i have problem here. I just bought Item Mall points, but I can't open Item Mall internet Pages using my account. It says page cannot be found.

as far as i know there are some changes being made to the item mall system, down time is expected when they are editing parts of the item mall, i have resently reported veroius issues with the current item mall system which should be resolved shortly.

If u look on the main page of roseonlinegame.com u will see that the only ovious thing being altered is the alternating item display. apart from that everything else being worked on has to do with the back end of the item mall (For Example: Being able to use the item mall when logged into your warp portal account)
- The page scroll / view options are being refined.

On a related (somewhat) note, It would be best for ROSE if they listed the proper stats for some items. The Mage Diary still lists itself as INT 8 I believe, when it's really INT 24.

does it cost that much time to post a note that there is some work goin on with the item mall? one whole working day nobody at gravity knows about the im issue...

When you facing difficulties with sites its always a good idea to try other browsers like Firefox or Chrome.

It's not browser related. I tried FF, IE, chrome and safari. No luck in either of them.

Item mall is just down.

I live in the UK and cannot also access Item Mall - It's been down for some time, I am also missing item mall points. I confirmed my payment went through by contacting PayMo/Boku, I opened a ticket but after 2 days of waiting. Not 1 single response. I have about 6-7 messages waiting to be viewed. I am very disappointed. I know this game is Free2Play, but the people that use Item Mall, are keeping the company in business, so it would be nice to be treat a little bit better. I know nothing about Item Mall or why my points haven't appeared, they are not keeping any of us in the loop. This is a bad situation. I've spent Close to over £120 last month and this month on Item Mall points.

I keep asking myself why do people say that usa is the most developed country in the world. If something like that happened here in Brazil, this company would probably have tons of lawsuits against it. Even if it's free, what technically, isnt.
Completely lack of respect with costumers and violation of the entire consumer's law.

I have to agree with Lucas. For 2-3 days I have had an open ticket. I paid via PayMO £30 for 2988 points. I received 1000 of them but not the rest. No response from Support... Not a single reply. I have sent numerous messages and even PayMO are trying to contact someone to sort this out. I am asking for compensation because this is disgusting and is against my consumer rights as Lucas pointed out. I pay for something, I expect to get it. And Item Mall is still down. How long has it been down for now? A good 24 hours? With no a single response from Gravity/GM's about it. Terrible way to treat there playerbase. If this happened on WoW, people would simple leave.

They should atleast make an announcement which contains estimated down time and give some information about why Item Mall is down. This can't be that hard, even if their whole team is working on the issue!

Item mall is the only money source of ROSE. What can possibly take that down for over 24 hours?

Oh so lucas if a Virtual item page went down for a day the company in Brazil would have lawsuits against it, and the USA clearly isnt developed enough? :rolleyes:
