Kay well i redeemed 3 Ultimate Game Card ($20 each, 2k WPE each). After, it said "The card has been successfully redeemed". YET I DONT SEE MY WPE D;<. So I sent a ticket right, on July 17th, so i keep waiting...and waiting..and waiting D;<. And I thought they lost my ticket or something. So I refresh by making a new one, on July 22nd. And yet still no response..what gives?
Reason why I expected them to replied fast is because I sent a ticket once like july 6th, about my 1st 2 redeeming UGC and didnt get my WPE. And they gave me back the WPE that i been missing, 2days later after i sent the ticket O_O. And now._." i expect them to do the same,like reply 2-4days, but its been 3wks D; wth ._.""
I'd redeemed more UGC but i aint gona do it >_> cuz it will happen same thing and its all over again D<. Anyone know if the ticket submission is broken or what :P"""

The lag time issue was just tested between Oda and myself, it will be reported to the IT team.

What do u mean the "lag time"?:P Omg i Hope u mean like, receiving the WPE just , cause by a lot of delay lawl xD or so~

Oh Sorry I mis-read I thought you were having a problem with WP Tickets going thru slow or not going thru at all. I'll see if I can get you some help, but might take some time.

You could also try PMing Heimdallr, Oda, or maybe Corvus. I'm not sure if Corvus handles payment issues though but worth a shot, be sure to include your ticket numbers as well.

;;hm and the emailed also stated, they told me that to not use the UGC card service until this month or so xD cuz is like bug haha @.@
