I edited it into my last post but I'll add some simple points to help you "c."

-The set was designed with Naruto characters in mind
-The set was never designed with Naruto logos and slight differences for legal purposes
-To claim they are separate designs is false
-It is indeed a Naruto set, but it is legally not Naruto

Is it hard to understand that?

Well, first of all, you just seem stupid because of how you type. It's like one of those Facebook status games where you try to type things with your nose or elbow, except you're abnormally adept at it. I've found a diagram detailing how I think you type out your messages here:



Further more, you just keep posting like a child stamping his foot and saying "NO, THAT'S NOT WHAT IT'S CALLED, STOP DOING SOMETHING I DON'T LIKE".
Just because it's not specifically called the Naruto set doesn't mean people can't call it the "Naruto" set, especially since it's made to look just like it while changing just enough to make sure they didn't get sued.

It's like people are calling soda "pop" and you're throwing yourself to the floor and whining about it saying "WELL GUISE, THE MAKERS OF THIS SODA HAD TO CHANGE THEIR NAME BECAUSE OF A BAND IN CALIFORNIA, SO I'M JUST GOING TO USE THIS AS A NON-SEQUITIR ARGUMENT AGAINST IT QQQQQQ".

This reminds me that I am extremely upset with Pepsi-Cola. Recently their commercials feature Santa Claus and Polar Bears being avid Pepsi drinkers in the summer. Meanwhile these logos are the staple of Coca-Cola! I'm really upset at them for this and refuse to buy Pepsi products now.

also soda exsit before w/e band was formed, so i wouldnt make the soda pop change name in that case. ty for sharing

You seem like a reasonable fellow, so I'll explain. We all have unanimously agreed that the sets are indeed officially, the High Energy Ninja and Blonde Haired Ninja sets. Colloquially, most users naturally refer to it as the Naruto sets, due to the obvious influence.

That being said, there is no need to refer to any materials published by the GM's stating they are not identical the licensed Naruto brand. The two are sufficiently different in order to avoid copyright infringement. We all know and recognize this fact. While the Gods (Hastur, Aramis) cannot legally refer to this as the Naruto set, we can.
