what stat affects staminal assist?

raise the skill
right click on it to see what you need to do to raise the skill.

what i mean is that int makes a buff from cleric better is something like that also possible for staminal assist

Int makes the static number on staminal assist better too, but you are better off saving 9 sp and using HP buff pots instead.
