Why doesnt spear have the mspd passive anymore?

Well, I have been thinking and i noticed 2sword handed champs have acc passive since the 1st job and axe has critical passive on both jobs but why doesnt the spear have mspd or aspd at the 1st job? Im just wondering

Why doesn't the Spear Passive give mspeed anymore?
Champs were running too fast.
Why doesn't it have another stat instead?
Rose devs don't play the game and don't realize it just obsolete Spears (and Axes) from 2 handed swords.

so just cuz of that ... lol they should put it back or atleat put 20% aspd in the 1st job :x
