Well, using credit cards/paypal is probably a preferred method in a lot of games. Though I also like having the ability to just purchase a card in stores. This also broadens the market for younger players that don't have access to the first options which could improve profit margin. Though I suppose it depends on whatever deals you make with vendors =/.

I'm old, I'm fine with credit cards

Definitely Game Cards, 7-11 is pretty close to me now :3

Although Paypal would be a good secondary option for me.

With THQ, I wasn't a big fan of how you got bonus items for purchasing a Dragonica Online Game Card from the store. It almost made me feel obligated to go out and purchase the cards, when if it wasn't for the bonus items, I would definitely prefer to pay by credit card or paypal just because of the convenience.

I think all the payment methods listed are perfectly fine, but I'm just hoping players won't be rewarded for choosing one over another.

Well sometimes some gamecards hold extras (Example: Ice cream hat for RO), also there is times when gms do an all around bonus, jsut there is a requisite (example: wings of victory for 39.99 or more in purchase of points, any payment)

So it depend how they will work it

Warpporal admins, is it going to be against the rules to sell warp portal cash (or whatever its called)??

Like in thq, selling ice cash was against the rules, is it the same here?

Should find out if cash shop items will be tradeable or not when they get the data. If it is illegal, then people are probably gonna do it anyways.

You don't need to be 18 to use paypal. It's not uncommon for a high school student to have a checking account, and those usually come with debit cards.

This game is for ages 10+ (right?) and game cards would be good for them.

Both gamecards and paypal/credit card would fit both kids and adults.
