Please keep in mind that these changes are made on 4/13. There are several more balance patch updates to address 3rd Class Max HP pool, more 3rd class skills (such as Hell's plant, Arrow Storm etc.).
Can you add that note to your OP.

Maybe we should see some more recent patches about skill changes, so people don't rage quit after these?Not in 4/13 balance changes. kRO may have changed that in more recent patches.

about the formula change of enchant blade, is it stronger or weaker than now?
It is highly likely that Enchant Blade formula was changed to give higher damage bonus, but it is merely a speculation.

Not in 4/13 balance changes. kRO may have changed that in more recent patches.
I must say something, kRO is definitelly full of incompetent GM's.

The upcoming Skill Balancing deals with Skill bugs, the unintended side effects, as well as the Skill-use restriction in certain maps. There may have been a major misunderstanding between Heimdallr and the players, myself included, that the upcoming patch includes 4/13 Class balancing changes. This thread serves as "What is being done about Class Balances on kRO". It is far too early for players to decide to quit playing a class, or RO altogether. Also all of these changes are occuring on kRO Sakray server; Class Balance Changes are being constantly updated by RO developers.

I really hope iRO will change the sound of Hundred Spear so it's not as loud as it is now. As someone who mains an RK, it's pretty annoying to hear the horrible roar all the time.
And I also hope we will be seeing these sooner rather than later.

I can't exactly remember if he said 4/13 class balance changes will be coming in or not in Q&A. It's still useful to know what's going on in kRO and provide iRO player feedback.

When are you adding Rangers to the OP?
Rangers are not included in 4/13 Class Balance Changes. I believe that Ranger Balance Changes were added on 5/18 on kRO Sakray.

mmmm its good (in a way) that hundred spears and cs are changing position (crappy and strong) well since its a 3rd job skill it makes more sense
It doesn't make sense with stupid skill requirement and their max level. Gravity is limiting RK skill variety. Should have nerf Gloomy, reduced CS damage like 1/4 and adjust HS damage for melee aspd based skill.

The ONLY nerf to Obrand is the SP increase. RO just suck at writing accurate Skill descriptions. The formula for OBrand is unchanged only the description is changed. Tests from kRO RG player:

Formula at lvl 150:

Can't tell what the formula based on b.lvl since Milo is already 150. The description says that the base mod is 600+80*s.lvl but from my experience the formula is most likely (750+100%*s.lvl)*b.lvl/150 similar to OBrand and mechanic skills.
Can't figure out weight bonus, too complex. It's safe to assume that HS with KVM weapon will deal 3250% with CS5 though since that's what the Eden Spear does.
Btw I will NO LONGER be testing ANYTHING that requires a weapon except a bow. It takes too much time hitting a monster till you are certain the damage is the max damage. Especially something as complex as HS... Like CS for example...

Cross ripper slasher does about 5000~6000% now at 10 charges.
5)Coluceo Heal: Heals about 5~6% more per party member that is not the caster (maybe it is the number of non ab's don't know only had 1 ab to test)
Also why not add in balance changes that happened Before 4/13 too? As heim said everything up till 4/13 will come in 1 patch. If you want I can post those up.
