So I just trans'd to Sura. I was still 99 after so I took a lot of those new 30 kill quests in eden, when I turned it in I'm now JL 7 already and still 5% from base 100 so I'll be able to accept the quests again for good JL exp.

My question is, if I retake all the quests while still 99 and I hit level 100 while doing the quests, will the signboard still allow me to turn them in?

And if the answer is no, they should allow it! :) Helps a lot if you're still 99 after you change to 3rd class so you can get some of the 3rd class skills faster haha.

If you have to turn it in the signboard and above the level requirement then you can't but I'm sure if it's a NPC then you can?

You can still turn in quests with the 86-90/91-99 quest boards if you go over the level range, you just can't get any more.

But you also can't get rid of the remaining cooldown timers in your quest log, either.
