Hello, I have problem with my characters, iv logged in after a 1 year pause and i did not have any character, there ware only 3 slots that was Not Available, please lend my a hand with this, my friend who had a longer pause still have characters on hie account, please help me

Which server did you login to? For valk you only get 3 character for non-vip, for Ymir you get no characters for non-vip. If you're VIP on either you get 9 characters slots.

Also you did link your game account in Warp Portal correct? (just to check that)

I have them on Valk, 3 of them, and as i writed their are Not Available, and yes i linked my account in WarpPortal
