Dear Sir,

i was playing Dragon Saga this morning and when i restarted it again later a msg appeared with "Wrong Version" when i type my id and password.
Also i tried to type another account and the same happened.
please note that b4 that a wrong msg appeared with missing Mon files i think, but it didnt appear after i restarted the pc.

Also please note that im using windows seven and th client is updated.

please advise asap.

Can you post a screenshot of your client? Please make sure it displays the version number as well.

i removed it and installing it again. now it's updating.
will do that if the same problem happen again. and thank you

also i tried to repair it by the installing file, but it didn't work at all after that.

i noticed u play Ragnarok online and since u r one of the staff i think you know which is better to play. is it better?

Mine is set to the default. I've played both games. They're very different in terms of game play, so it's hard to say. Both games are enjoyable. We are currently on 1.57. Try going into the Dragon Saga folder and delete "patch.id". Then run the Patcher.exe file in there.

i knew you would say that . anyway i did that and it didn't works. version still 1.56 after the patching

what if you give me your "patch.id" file and replace it with mine?

What are you running the game off of? Giving you my patch.id wouldn't change how it recognizes that you need the current patch. Deleting the patch.id should have done so. Since it did not, there may be another issue that we have not seen yet. Can you also try to make sure that Dragon Saga is permitted by your anti-virus, spyware, malware, and firewall programs? The change in the client file may have made it become recognized as an entirely new entity.

the problem happened after i closed the game and started it again after 6 hours, no one opened it in this time.

should i delete the patch.id file again?

At what time and date did you close it? When was the last time before that did you open it? When were you last logged in?

started it about 07:00UTC 04-August, closed at 12:30UTC 04-August and started it at 18:00 UTC 04-August

Can you rephrase that in terms of PST? Or if you don't want to look it up or compare, how many hours before or after maintenance?

i dont know when the maintenance starts im new to the game

start 08:00 . close 13:30 . start 19:00 this is according to this site time. 04-aug

That means you never closed it before maintenance? The game shouldn't allow you to run 0.1.56 after maintenance since it requires 0.1.57. What Operating System are you running? Did you ever patch after maintenance ended on 08/03?

actually i dont remember all that. the maintenance was on 08/03 and i played it on 08/04 with 1.56 version and it was closed b4 playing it

I'm not sure how that may have happened unless there was some form of bypass. The client would indicate that it is the wrong version like it is doing now. I would suggest uninstalling and deleting anything that was not removed and doing a fresh installation then since deleting patch.id didn't work.

when i told u that i removed it. i did remove everything related to the game even registry files.

i tried everything but it didnt work.
removed everything related to game and when it update it complete at 1.56

guess i will quit the game nothing more to do until u figure out whats the problem.
