Yea the percentages are all the same as before (from what I've noticed) only thing that's changed is the lack of needing a pluto, and pluto preventing decrease entirely :X

Its a client display, we are putting up a new exe file that will correct it. The rates are fine, the client is just showing the wrong numbers.

You can reconnect and it will show up right for you after you patch and get the new client exe file.
