can someone tell me what about IM item refine from 11 to 15? does it have the same effect or it will not even degrade after fail?

refine system is just not good when 0 to 10 with 85+ % of succes.
Waisted 30 union bindrune's for only ref 5.
but after that everything whas going well so i am happy now
so i take myywords back. (Even still the refine system to refine 5 is weird)

i put 2h sword epic, dual epic, 2 parts chiv aurum, bs aurum, hardened launcher, hardened gun all from 10 to 15 with 100 venu + 500 hg and no pluto :/

you are right, rabbith shoes is fastest now... hawker shoes are 45 mspd base , muse are 38, soldier are 36 (not all, like aurum is 35), dealer are 40, common shoes are mspd 40 (not all, durable is 37)

IM shoes (boxe, servant, etc) and Event shoes (summer, leprechaum, etc) are mspd 50 base (not all, like ghost, harry potter is mspd.20 and others)

brave is 45 base + 80

rabbit is 50 base + 65

all shoes of all classes have fixed do your job (ok.. almost all)

The last time I check when the summer event was still on that the daring rabbit shoes only have 45. Unless they change it without notice, that's why I said I "believe" lep shoes is still the fastest.

That's also one of the reason I didn't try to get max mspd stat on daring rabbit shoes because I compare it with lep shoes that the base was higher on lep.

According to Oerba research the base mspd is close to a multiplication of 5 so if you compare with the base 50 mspd shoes, those will still be faster. On top of that union shoes does not have the bonus stat that you can add on.

What is the current status of the refine system, refining 6-10? In the not distant past, items that failed going to 6-10 would break and disappear. How is it now? Is there a Gravity post disucussing current refine mechanics?

6-10 is the same as it was before. So yeah, it's impossible for anything to break with or without plutos this week.

Before, as in the last time I refined a few months ago, things could break above a 5 or 6, I forget which. So is that still the case and for this weeks event things don't break 6-10 and once the event is over, things can break again when they fail 6-10.

Before Patch notes v.350
Grades 1-5 upon failure will degrade 1
Grades 6-10 upon failure will degrade 2
Grades 11-15 upon failure will break (Plutorune will prevent Break, but item will degrade 2)

After event, the refine chart risk back to 1~10 no break. 11~15 break without pluto.

you are right before because this changes is in this patch v.350

Shoe Movement Speed
The base movement speed for all shoes have been adjusted. What has been done is all shoes have been given their highest movement speed already assigned to the groups of shoes, by class intended use.

Nothing during the event.
W. pluto: No Degrade
W.O Pluto: Degrade 1

This event has been really good for the economy. Sure some things have gone up but the prices of gems are going down. Pre update they were 65-70m for a T7. Now they're around 50-57mil. I also found an orlean backshield seller selling for 500k.
