I have just used a BMX3 AND the Job manual but it does not give me the correct amount of exp.
(The ratio of the new exp divided by the VIP exp gives a ratio of 3.333, thus BMX3 and Job Manual did work in some weird way)
The VIP exp of Dullahan should give 1,504,800 (VIP) EXP and 1,185,600 (VIP) JEXP.
With BMX3 it should be 4,514,400 (VIP) EXP and 3,556,800 (VIP) JEXP.
With Job Manual (150%) the JEXP should be 1,778,400.
Because I am VIP I thought the exp would be multiplicative and that I should receive 6,771,600 ( I combined the exp to only jexp) and 5,335,200.
Even if it was not multiplicative and additive the JEXP should be 5,266,800 and 4,149,600.
I am now thoroughly confused at this and wonder how these manuals stack at all.
Does the stacks for EXP work at all?

790,400 (Non-VIP) x 2 ...
Since J-manual + VIP = 2x base job. They are not multiplicative as posted many times on the forum.
Base * BM(x3) * VIP(1.5) + Jmanual(.5) = 5 * base... for job I think. with VIP, x3 battle and Jmanual.
