Shouldn't leveling a maestro be about the same as leveling a wanderer?? If you cant find any for maestros, you can just refer to the leveling guides for wanderers.

what skill to use and what weapon(Severe Rainstorm)

You ask what skill to use, but you yourself already said Severe Rainstorm.... LOL

For an insight, Leveling with Severe Rainstorm is extrememly SP consuming. My wanderer has 100+12 INT and I am still sitting most of the time. Would be wonderful if you could party with an AB for magnificat. SR casting can be interrupted. It is advisable to equip yourself with an orlean's gown. Severe Rainstorm is also very arrow consuming as 1 skill consumes 20 arrows. So it is best to level at maps where monsters are weak against either fire or silver arrows, which can be readily bought.

With that, just do a simple search on places with monsters that are weak against fire or holy elemental attacks, at the appropriate level caps. Like Scaraba dungeon when u are 130+? (All weak vs fire)

As for the weapon..... +9 Kingbird Elven I guess..... a Rudra Bow ain't that bad either. Its Holy by default so u can use normal arrows instead of silver and carry twice the amount, and resistance to alot of status

Yea it does. But its still a good idea to keep an Elven Bow in hand when 14.1 is released and you have access to Elven Arrows. Was it 14.1 again where u get to have elven arrows already?

+9 Kingbird Elven Bow with Elven Arrow and the right element converter/endow does the most damage. If Elven arrows are expensive, you can cast SR with normal arrows and switch to Elven Arrows immediately after.
