Does anybody know if you could you use poison and then stack a few burn moves like pheonix slash with flame slash?

The effects don't stack.

if it did you would die in a few seconds of 2 different burns and 1 posion from a raider

Burn does more damage per second than poison does. All burns do the same damage per second. Therefore, the burn that lasts the longest or has the highest success rate can probably be considered the "best".

just get the right skills to keep your enemy is perma Poison or Burn
