Maybe its such a noob question but i'm new and i've to know why my skills doesnt work anymore, when i click on it or presh f4+f5 etc. nothing hapens
But my trading skills& sitting skills still works but the skills i've learned doesn't. I Hope you guys can help me !

You can always check the what the game says is happening (the text above your chatbox, where the EXP you earned, etc. is displayed) since that usually explains the problem.
Inappropriate weapon, out of range, wrong target.. etc. I think the only thing that would not appear will be when you are out of ammunition.

there is a random bug where your skills stop working, getting in and out of a cart, dying or relogging will fix it when it happens.
