Was wondering whether the exp bonuses only applied to the turn-in or ALL exp gained? The reason for my query is that the news entry on the front page of the website says "increased exp for turn-ins" but the actual item info in the kafra shop item list just shows +15% exp, if upgraded to...".

Can anyone confirm one or the other?
