my ragnarok account became prohibited til 2012 december how did that happen?
Same for me, man. Woke up and tried to log in and I got the same message.

slightly wrong section, I'll move it over. In the mean time, submit a support ticket. Usually that ban seems to be correlated to bot stuff, but I've seen it used for other reasons. If it's a misunderstanding, I'm sure you can clear it up that way.

2012 ban = permaban, contact the GMs to see what you did (well, there aren't many possibilities - botting, zeny buying, committing credit card fraud), and to see if there's a chance to request release of the account.
