yes lots of WvW. today i did my 1st svs since forge event (which i didnt do much in. mainly coz i dont have the money or gear sets to bother with) i got eaten up by the lag and sudden rise of high dmg mages and annoying stealthers. i suppose its a good thing as it means i can stop caring about trying to compete to the top if its becoming blatantly obvious that $$$ is all you need.
if the next lvl cap rise and gear dont meet my expectations and just pushes the same gameplay formula, i'll likely just leave and go mod Skyrim when it comes out. as a free game reqiuiem can be fun but to keep it free player friendly is growing harder and harder.

well when ppl ask every match show me gear over and over again it gets old and ppl are complaining all +30 QQ
you're elf used to be OP back then to and made alot of ppl QQ since you raped everyone. Even if everyone could have had same gear as you dont mean they did,and elementalist is really op even with bad gear.

I had char with +15 gear i made for free,but last forge event kinda made it useless fighting all the higher ++ ppl so all i did was ++ higher just like alot of the other ppl did and now alot of them QQ since they arent super OP anymore? oh come on...
with all the events,most ppl already have +15-25 or even +30.
if people want to spend money on game its there choise,and yes it unfair for ppl that can't spend money on it.
all im saying is dont just talk about me when there is alot of other ppl with same or even higher gear out there.
try 49 or 66+ and its even worse.

people gonna cry and whine no matter what i say anyways, ppl in this game are all unhappy when there isent anything to cry about.

In foc alot of ppl have,Meke called me mallwhore here so yea they kinda did speak ill of me then didnt they?
Defensive because there is more ppl then just me that used mall these last events and got OP chars, and dont see them being complained about and called mallwhores.
personally i dont really care what ppl say,im just trying to explain and tell them what gear i have so i dont have to explain myself every foc.
with 3 more forge events comeing up im sure someone els is gonna make even better gear and then ppl gonna be pissed at them too.

and i know how cash intensive everything is, that's why i don't even bother making 49 or 65 twinks for a while now but rather invest in high lvl toon as i see it better value for money (even super pimped 65 char will loose vs good high lvl char)

also i am sure meke, fudd or freja can still make nice scores most of the time anyway, just because they had maybe few bad games don't mean they can't play

and just as a general foc thing, 1 even half decent rad makes a huge difference to a team so very strong one is almost certain to make a team win, nothing new there

Current exhange rate is 12k lant (10k lant if you're lucky) per 100 points. Not everyone is in top guilds raiding everyday to be able to afford these prices. I envy you tho!

Also Valhalla don't be offended by the word 'mallwhore', as Ray said, it's normal. I know there are many other twinks emptying their wallets on gears. As I said before, yes my Elem used to be OP, and people QQ'd about it... but in those times people could just get off their bums and put a bit more effort to have the same OPness I had so I didn't care. Now you don't need a little effort, even if I wanted to twink a char by buying mall points with lant, at the current exhange rate it would take me ages.

PD: BlueWaffle, at this point Rads are going to become like the new Elems, I think there will be many more rad twinks ;o Scores don't matter, I was excited about the tournaments that were hosted last month sadly I couldn't participate. But yeah I don't know why bother trying to make this game competitive with Rankings and Tournaments. Those with WP will continue to boost their e-peen.

you can get off your bum too. you been away for very long time so don't expect to have resources to improve your char. in those months you been gone you could have farmed tons of lants and raided hundreds of times so unlucky

and don't bs, raids are piss easy to find if you really want to raid but most raid drops are trash now anyway, can't even sell 72 int elem or con avenger parts for 10kk >.>

or another option is, if you really care about twinking your elem is to delete other chars, sell their items for lant/wp and off you go.

My FOC Diskar set is +13 (5/5 or 6/6 enchanted with def xeons)Helmet and shoulder are like +11 and +12.

Full Reinforced Dreamer Jewelry set, all pieces are +13 (5/5 or 6/6 enchanted with ion skill crit)
and a reinforced supernus belt, at +20 (5/5 enchanted with ion skill crit)

I do have a +10 Theme Battle Field Magic Shield (5/5 enchanted with def xeons) and a +7 Theme Battle Field Wand (just 1 fire res double down enchant)

I also have a +9 Kamyola costume and a +7 Theme Battle Field Resistance thingy.

Never spend real money on this game, did it all with lants, and back then i didnt had a higher level toon... not that an 72 elem is an easy xeon farmer:p

Also, im not trying to look like im complaining, I just noticed you in FOC, as many did, and im sure that others agree with me that you do quite out-balance an FOC match. I do too, but not like you do


PS: Not trying to brag or anything, dont want to look like drizzle#3 (silentscream is #2 )

lol even tho TB always on i been able sell TB points for Mall.

Once u know a few sellers u can get 8k per mall easy and 10k per WP easy. mb even cheaper /shrug.

Why does it seem like everyone with good gear never seemed to have spent a single $ on game? People to scared to actaully say they bought a few mall point with real money?
there are alot of ppl selling it seem but non of these players seem to be geared good doing and pvp? isent that abit strange ?
Im just wondering why it always seems like this is the case, not accusing anyone of lieing or anything just wondering about it since its kinda weird.

Maybe someone els im mixing you up with and yea rad is really bad for pvp unbalanceing it with def aoe buff and aoe heals
thats why i wanted to try a diff build and made it figher rad instead of spamming healer, but if i dont heal of buff ppl they complain to so kinda have to do both...
There is alot of other skills i would rather have then aoe heals for my rad but think ppl would be even more pissed if i had no heals for them dont you think?

Famous guess my 79 would be better to invest in, but for someone who likes pvp more then pve. doing high lvl investing for gear isent worth it at the moment since foc are kinda dead for high lvl
my 79 char still only have +10 eximus gear
and theme/svs are kinda pointless with lvl 1-79 and rage.

no it's bcoz I haven't. I'm a fulltime student who works only during the summer. I bought mall pts once b4 WP launched coz I knew they'd sth up and that the prices would rise ingame and I could afford it then coz I had a decent job for the summer and I decided to blow sth less than 20$ on prem and pts. been trading lant and items for mall since the s1 days when 1 mall point was 500 lant.

and sure, mall is mall, but at least for me it still remains only a time and effort investment, and not a money one.

Looks fine. u wont use dopple much so personaly i would get rid of it. amount of BM's in 49... they see a dopple they acid it in hopes to get u and any other sin.

if i was you i would put remaining points on PA then JS.

Also DNA wise. i would forget poten retreat and put it on the other lvl 40 skills u haz at 2 DNA. Some rogues use DNA on JS. OMG its annoying and a great way to kill BM's & twinks.

- teen single mum. So no way in hell i can aford to spend real life cash on a game and if i did i think some RL freinds who used to play the game and spent alot on it would kill meh. (as she has threatened to do numourus times)
