i heard about this item on the google and its kinda interesting me. cuz im a Mage Class and its description for this was MATK+1% and +1 Int and +1 Dex. so i was wondering if anyone knows how to get this item. Please post them on this Forum please. Thank you very much ^^

Which site told u this scroll gave +1 Dex and Int? I've checked both RMS and RODE-R, they both say the scroll only gives 1% MATK and nothing else:

It is a limited edition item which was available only from a lucky box event earlier in the spring. The lucky box event wasn't very popular, and so there aren't that many ninja scrolls floating around. Luckily, the scroll only gives +1% matk on iRO, so you're not missing out on anything good.
