i got this massage using the service Ymir>Valk you are prohibited to log in untill 2012 12 31 i already send a ticket

you should provide more information. i.e did you receive that message before/after the GMs transferred your character?

sounds like either they messed up or perhaps they found an evidence of you engaged in illegal activities (third party programs etc.). You should receive a response from the GM team within ~48 hours since it seems like they got rid of all the backlog of tickets.

im sure they have messed up im clean from any kind of 3rd party program even rcx

Maybe they found out that you bot when they did the server transfer for you .

joking aside its more likely they decided to lock the account while they processed the transfer and forgot to unlock it, although iirc they can move a char across while your on another char on the same account (they'll normally pm you first if thats the case).

Just submit a reply to your transfer request ticket and ask whats up.

thanks for the positive feedback guys and can someone close this please so there's less useless here in the forum like the one from DieNasty
