I'm a new player, and I hope you guys don't mind me coming here to ask for a few questions. I have no clue where to buy arrows. I was wandering around PAyon looking for some, but I couldn't quite find the right npc. I've also been looking for where to level. I've been fighting in the bigfoot map and I'm about level 25. My plan is to go Archer/Bard/Minstrel later on so I've been putting my points into, Dex/Vit for now? Should I be putting them into something else for leveling? Thank you much.

To buy arrow, go > tool dealer at any town. From payon spawn point to north past the gate and you can see him easily.

I recommend going pure agi/dex for leveling. Especially if you plan to transcend since you get to rework your stats then. ^^
