Is there any other way to open the Hotkey Bar without having to press F12? I just bought a new laptop that turns off the Wi-Fi when you press F12 (and F9 and F10 adjusts the volume). I'm also still trying to find a way to disable this buttons so I can play RO in this.

Usualy laptops have an extra key for function keys like that. You should turn off the option that allows those keys to work without pressing that key (usually its Fn key or something like that). It should be located in BIOS or Control Panel.

Yep yep. Who ever decided for all new laptops to default the f1-f12 keys to their Fn counterparts should be pelted with tomatoes and old USB drives.

Too bad I have to hold the Fn button so that I can use F1-F12. But thanks for the fix. I'm gonna need some time to get used to that unless I find the option to disable it.
I'm still digging through Control Panel. I think it would be really helpful if I actually read the manual.
EDIT: Found a way to disable it. It is right under the BIOS. Thank you so much for your help!

Blame HP. Apparently, most of their laptops has Action Keys on default.
