From my understanding of Assassins, they're mainly created for the purpose of fast kills (crits, stuns, stealth and high DoTs), because of their low defense and hp. Therefore, I am unsure whether stealing weapon is useful for a successful assassin build as it is used for decreasing enemy damage output, which can be ignored because most of the time your opponent will not the chance to respond to your attacks (stunned or instantly killed). However I consider it, this skill will only come in helpful once your stuns run out and you AA while waiting for CD, but in such cases wouldn't it be wiser to run and wait for BS or HT before attacking again? Thus, wouldn't it be a better idea to invest your points into skills that increase your dps (like explosive hacking which, as I have read from other topics, can be used with BS) than to attempt to decrease your opponents damage output? Need some advice on this!
