i have purchased robo eye few days ago and i didn't really think of its effect until today.

In the item description, it clearly stats "ATK, MATK + 2%, Dex +1"

While "Dex +1" seem to be applied just fine, the other option doesn't seem to work accordingly....

With my priest, i have done some tests..

firstly, i hit a monster (grand peco) without robo eye (without weapon as well for accurate damage output)

then i wore robo eye (while i am hitting the same monster) and gues what... there was no dmg difference wot so ever...

i was expecting at least 1 or 2 dmg difference but it didn't happen..

so at this point, i thought it was because i didn't have any item which gives me ATK bonus.....

so i wore some item which gave me few ATK...(armour with Porcellio Card(ATK+25), Orc warrior pet(ATK+10), ect) then i repeated the test...

the result were same... no dmg difference...

To this matter, i've done some research on internet to see if there's any explaination to this...

so far, all i've got is this - "With Robo Eye, the only bonuses that gets applied are MATK+2% and DEX +1. Somehow ATK+2% is ignored. But for the most ppl who uses this item is because of DEX +1. there is no mid-head gear that gives DEX+1 except Binoculars and only hunter classes can use them. This is probably why robo eye is considered 'worthy' even though its ATK+2% is not applied accordingly"

can somebody tell me if this is true? =S if it is i just wasted my good 20m......T^T


ps. i am battle priest so MATK bonus wouldn't help me much....

I did a similar test.

Basically, unarmed, Robo Eyes will not increase your ATK. However, when I was using a weapon, it did. So I guess the +2% ATK applies to your equip ATK.

It works...it's just hardly noticeable using auto attacks try using it with a skill.
You paid 20mil? that's a ripoff it's only 500kp so it would be sold for around 5-7mil.

I did a similar test.

i see.. i will conduct some few more tests tmrw with various weapons and skills and see how it works. this is one thing i like about Ragnarok....so many experiements you can do while not lvlin =D well anyway, thanks for ur reply =)
