I just recently started playing ro after after taking a year long break. I been playing for about a month now. I did the scaraba quest to enter the scaraba dungeon lvl 2 on that char. i was able to get the Light of El dicastes and ring of anicent wise kings for my character. Unfortunately I have switched mains becuase i disliked my orginal main character. Both el dicastes and ring of wise kings was transferable to my new character and I am able to use both on my new main. It will let me talk to the guards but it wont allow me access to the dungeon. Do i need to start from scratch and do all of the the quests to enter scaraba dungeon? I am now almost lvl 140 and without TI scarabs are the best monster to hunt at my current lvl.

In order to get into Scaraba 2, you need to finish the Doha's Secret Orders quest. This effectively means you have to technically start the quest for going to El Dicastes using your Ring of the Wise King.
