Hi everybody.
Im trying to understand, is this skills working? i got a 102/11 maestro with lvl 4 windmill and lvl 5 lessons, and then i use windmill absolutely nothing changes...but it must..i think.. can anybody say for sure is this skills working??? Im somewhat confused..

i have lv 10 Voice lesson and lv 5 Winmill Rush

Voice lesson and Job level increment give a big significant bost in damage when using Windmill Rush
