What are the benefits? What do I get if I buy WP Energy or Kafra Points? Can someone give me brief explanation for both? And is it legal to sell WP Enegry cuz I see some who is buying/selling. I know you can use Kafra Points to rent or buy items the one in Payon City, is that the only items that sells by KP? Sorry I just started to play iRO again after my last logged in in 2006.

If you find an eden group npc and go upstairs, you can see the kafra point shop npcs and look through all the items they sell. (they are the same as the ones in payon)
Warp portal energy is used to buy subscriptions and services such as name changes, and then you convert those to Kafra points.

Buying and selling WPE isn't "allowed" directly, but tolerated. They just give you no support, if you get scammed.
Never buy from a Chat ingame. Always buy from a trusted source, like someone who has several feedback of fair deals or has a higher character (because noone wants to loose an Account with high characters due to scamming...)
