So, I was one of the lucky people who finished the quest. The exp from Agent York was enough to 99 me and now I want to rebirth. However, since the item, Mobster's Disguise, is character bound and weighs 10, I can't. Your help is appreciated.

Please write in to the GM Team through the ticket tool. They can remove the mask and then add it back once you've rebirthed.

Alternately, wait until after the maint that is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon when they plan to make the mask weigh 0.
