Speed Potion NPC is not working. The npc doesn't show the message chats. If you "ping" the npc it doesn't do anything.

I made some speeds the other day, clicking the NPCs instead of running past them. It seems there is some short cooldown for how often one character can make the non-selling NPCs disappear, but no restriction on how often a character can buy.

Considering that it's now only required to make each non-selling NPC disappear once, and the selling NPC allows you to buy 10 at once, I'd say making speeds now is both faster in yield and less frustrating to do.
