I have a 96 SinX. His stats are:

99 str
75 agi
21 vit
50 dex

I like to use Ifrit rings with a chick hat and some katars. But the thing is, I can't find anywhere fast enough to level. Goats are beyond slow, Bio3=fail because I can't hit crap. Rachel Sanc 1 is doable but slow, Ecchios and Agavs rape my face. ID3 would be feasable if I had access to a SL (for ifrit rings) and a sage but the only sage I have access to is my own...

Any suggestions, reccomendations?

umm...you went with 99 str and only 75 agi? what's your flee and what built are you trying to attempt pure sb or dd?

You should be DD build...You'll DD fine if not. Get an ice pick and +dmg carded MG for Ice Titans, make sure you use wind converters or endow and you should do 8k+ per double attack.
Titans are gonna be slow, though. Trust me.

You can tele kill High Wizards in biolabs, you'll probably need either a stock of EDP or a linker you can bring down there. You'll also definitely need unfrozen wind armor because she does some wack combo of frost diver and Jt immediately after. This works pretty well if you can do it, might be super mobby though =/

EDIT: Take the chick hat off and equip two daggers. When you get soul linked then switch to katars for sonic blow, otherwise keep the daggers on.

I have 260 flee. I didn't see any need to get any more than 75 agi because of that. I am a DD build I just prefer to use chick hat and katars becacuse I have more aspd (i like aspd )

I have an ice pick and +dmg MGs for ice titans. Even when I use converters I only do 5k with buffs so idk what you're talking about >_>. I have 120 str.

What am I supposed to kill the high wizard with? fire endow?

5k? Hmm...That's odd, I definitely do 7-8k per. Could be small difference in weapons, who knows. You know, even with your DD weapons Soul Destroy 10 will hit for around 12k, I used to throw it in after I got a few attacks in and go back to attack ect...

Fire endow, earth endow, anything except enchant poison. Sorry I forgot to mention that earlier, you will need an endow of some sort to hit because they take 0% from neutral.
