What is the name of the s1 belt? And how i can have 1.0 speed whit range extention lv 7?

Pls i know that ranger 79 whit 10 point of range ext and 10 on sniper coolness can have 1.3 attack speed

well technically... gloves from Higher Sets or lvl will improve your atk speed too
so 79 gloves should be best wet.
oh and its easyer to lvl up a Tempest for Haste then get this S1 Belt you mention before

Lord belt is belt you ppl talk about -9.0% very hard to get and 75-79 give -10% now you do the math and no range extension lvl 10 with gloves and belt cant get to 1.3 speed but with tempest buff u can get 1.0 on range ext10

well you can get -0,1 additional from MH S1 with 4 parts set bonus
so you might get pretty close

So whit belt 8% and set 75 i have 1.74 attack dpeed whit 10 range. I have to putonly 3 point on it or moro point and attackslowly?
