Right now theres a bunch of novices at the speed potions on ymir. Isn't the requirement for speed potions lvl 60? Why would a bunch of them be there?

If the level requirement was removed, then it should be reinstated. There is absolutely no reason a bunch of novices should be able to get speed potions, especially when you have a "1 free character on ymir" event going on. It's being abused and completely ruining the ONLY good solid source of income on ymir.
