After downloading the iRO Wiki client installer and trying to install, I got this error:

The words on the top of the smaller window mean "iRO13-2-VIPFull.exe stopped working."
I think it was corruption of the installation file,so I was thinking of downloading the client torrent to fix it.
But I didn't find it anywhere, and my connection is too slow to download it again... Help?

Sure. Here it goes:
"iRO13-2-VIPFull.exe stopped working.

A problem made the program stop working properly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
That happens everytime I run it, so it might be file corruption...
Do you have the VIP client installer?

There is no, Non-VIP or VIP install, its a universal install for all. It might be corrupted, you might try a download manager like http://dfast.sourceforge.net/ which is free.

So maybe you could help me recover my corrupted installer...

So maybe I could fix my download?

It looks like your installer is missing a chunk somewhere. Zidrav reports: Error - verified file size is 1542625686 instead of 1530314752, which means your file is about 12 MB shorter than mine.

I've created 20 MB worth of par2 files that might be enough to fix your installer. To use them, you'll need a par2 utility like QuickPar: http://www.quickpar.org.uk/

Then, to see just how badly your installer is corrupted, download the par2 file here: http://www.mediafire...elr9cbgxsvqex47

If QuickPar reports that it needs 20 blocks or less, you can get them here: http://www.mediafire...9pl8ka2p6rhtbb9

If you need a few more blocks, let me know how many and I'll make them for you.

It's a 34 MB patch, so hopefully it will download properly.

I'd recommend saving a copy of the repaired installer, just in case you need to uninstall/re-install in the future.
