The description on the iRO wiki Database says that it increase the damage on DemiHuman by 50%, while the in-game description doesn't. So which one is correct? Anyone can help me to clarify?

iWiki description is correct. It's always been like that, for many years.
That's a +50% damage vs demihuman that works like any other +% damage vs (race) effect - which means it effects only weapon attack.
