The Fire and Water Guardian Set Compensation will begin next Tuesday on 09/13/11. Due to the amount of notice that we wish to give users to prepare for the compensation, we moved it to Tuesday instead of tomorrow. So over the weekend, if you are unable to login before Tuesday, please make sure the Fire and Water Guardian Set pieces are placed in your inventory. If you do not have space, please move them onto additional characters.

Compensation
The following will be given per piece:
1. 2 W-Coins
2. 8 Soul Box (1 Soul Box = 999 Souls)
3. 2 50gold Gold Pouches

So please make space in the consumable section as well for the Gold Pouches.

Items to be compensated for:
1. Fire Guardian Set: Helm, Top, Bottom, Shoes, Gloves, Shoulders, Wings
2. Water Guardian Set: Helm, Top, Bottom, Shoes, Gloves, Shoulders, Wings


P.S. - PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO PLACE THEM IN YOUR CHARACTER INVENTORY SO THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE THE COMPENSATION. ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN THE INVENTORY WILL NOT RECEIVE THE COMPENSATION. PLEASE DO NOT ASK AFTERWARDS AS THIS IS YOUR WARNING NOTICE.


Miscellaneous Details
After the Guardian Set Change-
1. Equipment Stats have been removed (i.e. Physical Damage Drop, Movement Speed)
2. Set bonus changed to - 7 Piece Set Effect: Evade +3.0%, MP Recovery +3.0%, HP Recovery +5.0%
3. Remains Level 20
4. Soulcrafted Options Remain
5. Cannot be mixed in the Mix Board (For Bhree)

Other Additional Answers-
1. The Fire and Water Guardian Sets will not be removed from the characters. So this means you will not lose them.
2. After review, we will be sending the compensation through the mail. Please make sure your mailbox has been emptied or will provide enough space for the items. The mailbox will hold 101 mail. It is in everyone's best interest to stay below that number per character.

I get a question, what happens if I have 23 guardian pieces in my inv and only have 1 space left? where do the compensation go? or lets say I have 22, you will stack the w coins and soul boxes before? thank you for everything!

1. What about the HLT/AGI? As well as the evade?
2. So.... Set mixing is impossible??

1. I didn't mention the Hlt/Agi/Evade in the example because it might confuse people with Soulcraft Options. This has happened many times, so I limited the examples.
2. You can always interchange sets, but if you're trying to double the bonus, that is not going to happen when you try to wear both a piece from the Fire and Water.

If you have other characters on your account, you can mail yourself the items. Just be careful when you type your own character name that you type it correctly. I am not going to recommend that you ask a friend to trade them to another, as there is always a possibility for scams. That would be the free way to do it. Otherwise, if you haven't already, we offer inventory expansion in the Item Mall. *Note I mentioned the free method first*

guess I'll split the guardian pieces between all my characters... it will be a mess when I get the compensations since I cant trade w-coins and soul boxes xDDD

The souls inside the soul boxes are tradeable. So you can look at in a way that those characters are just storing them for you. The items you get from the W-Coins should also be tradeable since the W-Coins aren't tradeable to begin with.

Note that I mentioned the free way first Anwar. If I was trying to make a sale, I would have mentioned the free way like this message.

My solution to all space problems. Make a 2nd or 3rd account. If you have too much open a cart and stick your crap in there.

well now that you say that...how are we getting the compensation? is it coming via IM gifting, the mailbox, is it showing up in our inventories?

Do the W-Coins, Soul boxes, and gold pouches stack? In other words, do I just need 1 free consumable space and 2 free IM spaces, no matter how many guardian pieces on one char?

They will stack upon entering inventory so if they are sent by mail or IM gift they will be fine. Once you open the soul box it becomes a stack of souls and obviously takes one space. Soul Boxes should be IM items.

They should be stacked, but be safe and make a fair amount of space.

well the compensations SHOULD stack together...it seems kinda silly to award ALL of the items for each guardian piece individually...
