I want to use heal on zombies and skeletons but simply pressing heal over them doesn't work so how do I target them?

I want to use heal on zombies and skeletons but simply pressing heal over them doesn't work so how do I target them?

Type /ns (no-shift) and press enter. That should let you use heal and other skills on monsters.

be careful though, /ns is perfect on undead monsters, but if you are not fighting undead i'd recommend taking it off (dont want to heal your enemies )
