Rerolling on some Items still bugged

i dont know how many dollards i have to spend more to get the stats i want

(and dont tell me its luck)

cause if im rerolling other items i get those stats, too (as often as i get the other stats)

i want to reroll oros present, but guess what stats i didnt get after rerolling it with hundreds of hammers:

max atkspd or max int (NEVER!!)

in my opinion it is bugged or they lock the matching stats for a while on the item (e.g. mspeed on mspeed mask, ap und ap mask and so on)



iv spend now 70$ on 1 item and its worthless

I think one of the things that annoy me with the reroll is that when using one you can actually just get the same stat you already have on that item. I was using them on star glasses and got the same stat 3 times in a row. :thumb:

this whole game is filled with inconsistansies(gawd, did I spell it right....) Refining is Def. NOT showing the right % either. I guess we just have to put up with it or move on, since I believe that they simply dont have the technical know-how to fix those issues. The standard catch-all answer of "the system is working as intended" is so absurd its laughable. Just be honest and write: Yea we know, and eventually we might be able to fix it.

yeah,

but while we are refining, we dont use real money

and if im buying rerollhammers to get a stat (which should normally show up after relolling a few hundred times) and it doesnt, it seem to be bugged

and as they commited that e.g. the mspeed was bugged as they released the new 40/60 stat they showed us, that this system was buged

but were loosing real dollars!!!

they offer us a functionality which doesnt exist

and i call that a real scam!

Ouch ~! 70 dollars spend there, I just don't like when customers spend real money and still have to risk and gamble with it, whatever Lucky Spin, reroll hammer thing are traps that make you to pay excessive amount to get the item you want.

I still haven't used one of these reroll hammer yet. :thumb:

I got 20 INT on my Oro's Present with no problems. Just bad luck.

this system is really messed up...

e.g. when rerolling: i got like 20 x 25/25 5 x 40/60 and so on

at the last rerolls i had always int stats like 15 int 10% recovery / atkspd didnt show up anymore (after 60 rerolls or so i had 4 x 3,3 atkspd)
after those i never had atkspd anymore

this system is definitly buged, and i really want to say: give me my money or my reroll hammers back plz -.-

it's so blatant the way the re-roll hammers work.... if its a 'brand new' item and you hit it with a re-roll hammer you will get low level stats. as you keep using hammers the quality of the stats increases until finally, after like 50+ hammers, you start getting max stats.

people it is not random. it's pseudo-random with the results being dependent on the prior results. i have never really read any description of the re-roll hammers but if they are stating its pure random then that is a lie and they need to be careful because laws governing games of chance are serious in the usa. (imagine a casino in las vegas whose slot machines were not random but rather worked like the hammers do. it would be closed down in a heartbeat.)

and the fact, that i got all stats except max atkspd and max int is strange for me

and btw: you get the good stats at a hammer count 100-150 (i realized that) thats even worser...

edit: @ TwiliteGarden and i think, too that this is not legit: the description says: random stats and so on

but its not random the first time as it should be

and as i said in my first post, some stats never show up

This already discuss before they change the mspd stat on highest tier. Only if I can find that thread, you will see the common situation. Every 5 hammer will get you at least 3 same stat over and over again. You have no clue what people spend on the top hat when mspd is not on the highest tier. $70 is nothing compare to what the top hat problem.

Max aspd(4.5%) isn't actually on the highest tier.

It's in the mid-tier level. I had Legend Orlean Gloves I re-rolled(had 4.5%) thinking I could get +20 easy. 10 Re-roll and it was only Int +11/13 level.

but thats a big problem!

i have to spend a lot of hammers and dont get the stat what i want

and then?

i have to buy a new item and begin again cause this stat is not available anymore?

i have noticed this too so, yes then is not luck its all setup so there is a point on when you can get all 3 items or more on same status that should be fixed cuz i have spent re-roll hammers and they realy realy suck

I have to say, I have witnessed the stats go to a lower tier before, and that should be looked into at least. -

(spent like 200ish reroll hammers to hit 30 ap on star glasses, tbh, I kinda considered myself lucky...; 160 hammers on matrix eyes trying to hit 75 deff... still trying)

I, too, made oro present with 20 int sub stat without much of the problem. It is just your luck.

The Re-Roll Hammer is working correctly, an item which has no stat or is in a lower stat tier will have a lower probability of reaching a higher tiered stat compared to an item which is already closer to the desired stat tier. This was designed intentionally to prevent items with lesser stats from being easily and rapidly converted into much higher valued items for the purposes of selling and saturating the market.

Luck is still the primary factor in determining the stat you will receive (based on your claim of how much you invested on that one item, you were unlucky), however there is an influence based on the stat that the item currently has which will affect the probability and range of stats that you will be rolling for in each use of the hammer.

Well to be completely honest, I had to spend 278 rerolls on an item which already had a 20 INT substat to get the 60 dodge rate / 40 moving speed stat I was aiming for... Not saying this to question the things you say but you have to admit that's a bit weird.

Weird in what way? When you are looking for a specific stat, you are almost always going to be using a larger number of hammers to get exactly what you want, the same principle applies to crafting and appraisal (the only difference being that you collect or create multiple items instead of reapplying the appraisal stat on a single item, which is where the Item Mall benefit comes in).

i buy 400 more hammers!!! 400!! (should be enough should it)

and i try to get 4,5% atkspd on my item

if i dont get it, u give me 800 hammers + the ones i used so far


or do u say once more i have bad luck then??

It's a gamble, don't try using them without expecting to waste alot of money. I think the price is too steep for the slim chance you are paying for, but as long as people keep buying them in mass numbers it is going to stay that way.


Attack speed is the only substat that doesn't fall into the top tier stat pool (and I think max hp, but that is small and no one really wants that anymore).

Weird in the way that you just stated that an item that has no substat at all, has a lower probability to reach a higher stat compared to one that already has something. I've must have come across a dozen of situations where I found people who had to use way less then 280 rerolls and were using an item which didn't have high tier stats to get the 60/40 stat. Whilst I already had an item that had a substat belonging to the highest tier.
