WTF is fishy...reroll hammer generates random stats...it is not a "Re-roll hammer for xx number of rolls before you get the stats you wanted"...it's random and as such it might take a very long time to get the stats.

I understand that when you start using reroll hammers, the item stats tiers will slowly increase. But after 150 rerolls and stuck at tier 1 (6str) is the reason why I said fishy. I could have been just unlucky, and that's totally understandable. If my understanding is wrong, my apologies.

To be honest, that pisses me off. The innerworkings of what you just said is that Gravity has designed something almost GUARANTEED to chew up your money.

Well all I can say is caveat emptor which means let the buyer beware. All of us already know that this is a gamble when you start using the reroll hammers.
So just blame it on the bad luck and nothing else.

It's not gravity's fault per se but your own because we willing lapped up this system by supporting and buying all the thousands of reroll hammers.
If it's a gamble, we usually lose if we play long enough.
