Ok, want to do the quests from Gato, but dont know what i must do to finish the quest. Gato doesnt explain it

I have the same problem. and some quest error text like the wanted quest.

the quests are for spelling out the two words NEW and ORIGIN

you get the letters from running mission maps when you get a bonus map from speed mode and beat the mobs in the time limit you open a chest and get a box in your cash/IM inv. open that box for a random letter

yup I and W from gathering GRE from monster count chests N and O from missions
