For u guys who wondering why, because I want the Phen Card The quest rewards are nice too. Anyway my IGN is Valkyrie Lene (lv70 Priest) and whisper me or post here if interested.

PS: You need 1 Reset Stone to enter Overlook Water Dungeon. After giving the Reset Stone to the sign board you will have an access to the dungeon for 30 days. Once the access has been expired you will need another Reset Stone.
