Ohhh no! I spent ~16M on skel bones and orc vouchers ( and still have over 600 alcohols in storage from stockpiling stems / spores at the same time) and maybe 2-3M on fabrics and hearts that I didn't feel like hunting.... you know, about the same amount that you would spend on cannon balls getting 21 levels even assuming you 1-2shot EVERYTHING for those levels. Bombs are cheap as dirt when you have your own brewer, stems and spores are stupid easy to get, same with fabrics. And that's assuming you don't have a genetic with change mat. for the skel bone / voucher shortcut. Not to mention, that without god items DF /FE is faster than cart cannon, and even if you don't one shot everything in the mob the rest WILL be burning. So you just wander off and build a bigger mob as they drop.

Yeah, but then you have to either take smaller mobs or burn a lot more pots because you won't have the reducs from wearing a bigfoot shield. During the TI event I would go down there just to grind and was averaging 20ish scarabas in a mob, sometimes double that. Without reducs I wouldn't have been able to survive that short of spamming ygg berries. As it was, during the TI I was drinking whites faster than a fratboy doing a kegstand downs beer.

I used medium life potion and a +9 rideword and didn't really use... any... consumables in mobs D: also FYI they are medium in size so my +12 HF is -22% damage from them. Its not a gargantua shield but it IS reduction. Not 'without any reductions' that you are implying.

Ok so there's 2 things I would say about this. Or three actually.

First of all Slaughters start to give poopie exp around your level. You need to mob hard and fast to get good exp in there.

You COULD try necros but looking at your stats I would be concerned that your vit is too low. For reference I have 2 ME ABs. 1 is level 128 and has 114 vit working towards 120 and the other has 50.
The 50 vit one relies on anti stun gear on level 2 and cannot handle level 3 without extreme caution (She is also 135). Whilst her damage output is insane her ability to take damage (or lack thereof) slows her down.

The other thing I wanna ask is you said you use Kaahi? Does that require you to sit and regen? That will hurt your exp rate a lot if so.

I would recommend changing out the Flash rosary for a phen something and then using a higher defence armor... maybe with a clock card. The less damage you take the more you can tank = the faster your exp. A similar deal with your shoes. More hp/defence will serve better than cast reductions or sp regen.

I hope I'm not being too harsh, I'm just pointing out what I would do to level faster on that character.

Something else I just want to mention whilst talking about ME builds and the like; maybe this will help a lot of people. I have divine protection level 10 AND Eucharistica. It works on shadow ELEMENT monsters, this means it works on the slaughters. 10% less from them + the reduction from the Divine cross makes things so much easier.

THAT is why my exp rate is so high.

-Flywing as soon as the cast is finished. Flywings IGNORE the after cast delay on ME, so you can teleport with them the instant the cast bar for ME disappears. This is CRITICAL. My AB was all dex/int (48 vit till those were maxed). I gather mobs of up to 12 monsters, and there is no way in HELL I can tank that. You cast ME, fwing, and you're not tanking them, but they stand there on ME for a couple seconds and usually, even when they move, don't move far enough away to be off the effective area of it. That is the key. Rinse and repeat.

I do that on level 3 but with teleport.... I'm the only person there though most time.
My higher level AB is similar in build, but I have 120 int, 100 luk and 100 dex. I went for massive matk over cast time. So I know what you mean about that method. A lot of the time you don't have a choice.

AB, no.

Necros are some of the highest exp in the game

Can AB's solo necros efficiently on par with classes such as sorc/warlock? Not tried ME since the change.

Edit: Watching your video you were killing 1-2 necros at a time. At higher level can you kill more at a time?

I'd imagine so, my 135 AB has 1 vit and she can take about 2 at max atm, however, the one in the video is only 128 (maybe lower) with vit, and she can comfortably take more than 3. (even up to mobs of 5 or so) I expect more as she levels.

-Make party, put it on share, and you get exp no matter where in the map the monster dies.

^^^THIS. A must if soloing.
