Is it possible for a Ranger to be an MVPier. Since its long range, and DEX is high. If possible , can you suggest builds.? Or skill builds. Thanks

As Trappers yes. As a Bow Ranger, you will need to go pure AGI/aspd build and have someone, a Sura or a Royal Guard tank higher tiered MvPs for you.

Trapper with Quadruple Malicious (Hunterfly card) Main Gauche and a Royal Guard (Alice card) Valkyrja Shield, you can take on a lot of MvPs by yourself. With the Ranger's mobility on Warg + Windwalker, you can easily retreat from bosses during emergencies.

If you run out of pots and need to heal, you can use the Talkie Box trick. Plant as many Talkie boxes as you can on the same spot. Place a Firing Trap beside the Talkie box and detonate it. You can heal yourself this way as if you have the dagger mentioned above.

None because ranger trap damage is extremely reliant on Dex and a little on INT. However, it also uses ATK which you can get by raising STR, so raising STR might be OK but it won't help you much at all. Just raise your DEX to the max and get around 80-100 INT for extra damage and resistance to Frozen.

not really. ranger's damage depends on ATK it self. so if he's goin for knife it's best if he puts lots of str, but if he's goin for bow rather dex. int gives really low damage. a 99 int only gives about 40-60 damage.

Ranger's can MVP the new traps but it takes loads of time to kill. fear breeze w/ AK on it + right arrow element or Orc bow w/ elemental converter works better and faster, yet requires a tanker. however, normal atks just provokes the mvp to change target so atm rangers scks at mvping. If Arrow Storm isn't bugged and damages appropriately not 1/4 of the intended damage, it wouldve worked 2x better than dragon breath since it takes the element of the arrow being used.

Trap Rangers can MvP a lot better than Bow Rangers. They don't need a Tank and have unlimited supply of heals as long as they have traps. I can have my friend post a video or pic here on how he soloed Cursed Bapho alone.

STR is almost close to useless to a ranger other than capacity increase on weight. INT gives you more trap damage.

there are 2 ranger builds that are very good at MVPing right now. 1st is the Trapper build and 2nd is Warg Rider. As a Trapper the 1st skill u need to get is Fire Trap lvl 5. And enhance the damage with Trap research. As u can place the Fire Trap directly under the monster u can go close and kill. Get dex agi int and vit. Use 4*hunter fly card Main gauche and a Valkyrja's shield with appropriate card. U can solo till lvl 150 with this build
