I have 2 Gacha item questions.
First I have a Bunny Ears head item with Health +3 and a Devil's Helmet with Aim rate +5% Which would be better for a Shaman to wear?

Aim Rate +5% is way better than Health +3, regardless of class, IMO.

Aim Rate. I notice I miss a lot with Dragon Tooth, a very essential skill to killing monsters.
Not really, you can replace it with Spell Trap / Spike Wave / Inferno. They're all, in my experience better than Dragon Tooth, especially Spell Trap, since you can stand above or below the enemy and still hit a huge group of mobs.

im with you, i do not use dragon tooth at all, the aoe's are far better

I find Dragon Tooth to be more useful than Inferno, Spike Wave, and Spell Trap.
It does more damage to bosses.
