I need the guide on how to get access to the Orlo. I can't seem to find a single guide that walks us through all of it. I know you can use teleport tickets, but I want to be able to go without buying a ticket. Are there guides on how to gain access to that?

I did the fates quests. I talked to bond and did the "Sustaining The portal" quest from bond. She is not giving me the "The Royals of Oblivion" quest. I do have a party, but I am only at 165. Do I really have to be at 180 to get the quest?

if the guide says so then id say yes

ok even with a teleport ticket have to be 180. so I think that is a yes then. thanks.
