i just started new character and my bow is being really dumb any one have a simple answer i over looked maybe.

Do you have your arrows equipped?

how i do that now i didn't see any slots Ive tried

Either drag the arrows to the center of your character's image in the equipment window, or drag them to a hotkey slot and then either double-click them, or press the associated hotkey.
