I used to play Dragonica during THQ, and back then I programmed my controller (a classic PSX pad) via joy2key so that the left analog stick functioned as mouse and left mouse click, whereas the right was set to hotkeys for skills.
Now that Dragonica has built in controller functions, the left analog stick is automatically mapped to moving (but only up right down left, no diagonal) and the right is mapped to my triangle circle x square buttons, albiet off by 90 degrees. Without being able to set my analog sticks to skill functions, I don't have enough buttons on my controller to play Dragonica. It's painful to play via the keyboard.

So, TL;DR: Please add fully customizable support for controller analog sticks, and turn off the stupid macro popup whenever you press a button that isn't mapped in-game.

Just use joy2key again. Or Xpadder.

You don't seem to get it. Dragonica automatically maps the analog sticks and you can't turn them off in-game.
