Ok so I haven't been on RO since before renewal and decided to come back check things out...Long story cut short Saw i could get 1.7k Warp portal points for signing up for netflix so did that got nothing for that...sok I like netflxs but decided i really wanted some points so I've been trying to pay for em last 3 time to come up with nothing. I've submitted tickets but no help really. So I ask do you really want my money is its this hard?

Send a forum PM to Corvus with your ticket numbers and explain what happened if its been at least more than 72 hours.

Because there is usually a rather large ticket queue, the response time turn around is usually within a day unless there is a problem going on and more or less because the forums are by no means a substitute for the ticket system because usually they involve private information.
